Katerina Angelovska's Next-Level Success: Insights and Advice

Meet Katerina Angelovska, a successful personal coach, author of two bestselling books, and motivational speaker. Her belief in developing and establishing a positive state of mind as a life strategy led Katerina to become the founder and CEO of her company, Cosmic Center for personal and spiritual development.

Before founding Cosmic Center in 2015, Katerina graduated from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching. Since then, she has worked in numerous business and financial organizations as an Associate in the Office of General Secretary of SDUM and as a Branch General Manager at Alpha Bank AD Skopje.

Can you tell us more about yourself? Who is Katerina Angelovska, and what was the main thing that motivated you to become the person you are today?

Katerina Angelovska

I would say that I am an adventurer, an explorer, a person with an open mind, and above everything else a believer that can turn every idea into reality.

I live and work in Skopje, Macedonia and I am the daughter of a mixed marriage — a Russian mother and a Macedonian father.

This mixture of cultures gave my life a different direction ever since I was a little kid.

My mother loves literature and her enthusiasm for books was transferred to me and my sister.

I like to believe that this also inspired the curiosity for personal and spiritual development in me.

Long before I became what I am today and begin exploring this profession, I was a part of many different companies from where I accumulated real knowledge and practice on this corporate-run world, at times extremely cruel.

Today, four years since I started distributing my message, I have never been more convinced about something, and I know that I am doing the right thing. I am in the right place, at the right time, and with the right cause.

You know, the times we are living in are absolutely exciting. We are creating a spiritual revolution and transformation in the deepest levels of our consciousness.

With an open heart and an open mind, I embraced the change that is already happening on a global level, and I enjoy living in this new world.

In this whole process of self-development, I received the calling to inspire and motive people in order to help them find the greatness and power they hold in themselves and lead them towards a life filled with harmony and love.

You have a genuinely great mindset. But, growing up where you did, were there any obstacles and challenges you had to face, and if so, how did you cope with them?

The biggest challenge I faced was when I realized that not all people are ready for a change.

Many of them just enjoy to stay in their comfort zone and instead of doing something about this, they tend to complain all the time, to accuse others, to judge, and to search for excuses for their own failures.

Nonetheless, precisely this was what made me realize my mission and pushed me towards seeing the greater picture of life — and that is to inspire people to find the greatness and power in themselves, to live in harmony and happiness through my actions and deeds.

If you want to change the world, to change YOUR world, and to help those around you, the key is to be yourself.

Our authenticity, the readiness to be ourselves and live in harmony with our values, without any restrictions and outside our comfort zone, is how we are going to do it.

We need to discover the harmony that comes with self-acceptance and in this process to identify our life-mission and the unlimited opportunities waiting for us.

Did you have an idol that inspired and kept pushing you toward success?

When it comes to succeeding in what I do, there are particular people that were wonderful to me and to whom I am immensely grateful.

They were right next to me in the right moments when I was ready for new discoveries and experiences.

All of them offered their own valuable pieces of advice and filled me with knowledge, which I wholeheartedly accepted. They are responsible for me becoming what I am today.

Besides being a personal coach, you are also an author. Therefore, can you tell us more about your book “333 Affirmations”? What was the inspiration behind it, and are you planning on writing another one soon?

“333 Affirmations” was my first book.

These 333 short affirmative and positive quotes are my personal collection and serve to guide the reader through the world of creativity and positive thoughts.
I believe that the development of a positive state of mind is one of the most powerful life strategies.

By releasing “333 Affirmations”, my principal goals was to persuade the readers into conscious existence, to help them start their individual transformation and to experience growth through the power of their thoughts.

The same idea and message found a way into my newest book “Awakening the Consciousness,” which I wrote together with my partner Radovan Vitosevic.

The book is an adventure tangled with omnipresent knowledge that will encourage a personal and spiritual transformation in the reader.

Every word and every thought shared in the book is a profound dive into the deepest, most magical and healing rituals of our existence.

The book will allow you to truly get to know yourself and provoke you to start co-creating your new reality.

My new book will be officially released in February and will be translated into English.

Do you believe that support and motivation from the surroundings have a say in a person’s success, or is it all about one’s ambition?

Katerina Angelovska

The genuine and boundless support, motivation and inspiration I received from my partner was the main reason I started working in this field.

Of course, my parents, my sister and her family also had a large role in it as well.

At the same time, I find motivation in everyday things that surround my reality. I am motivated by love, by a nice walk in the park with my dog Jessy. I am driven by traveling, nature, friendships, and meeting new people.

I enjoy getting out of my comfort zone and breaking the boundaries. I am motivated by people that come to my workshops and consciously work towards self-improvement.

For you, what was the main driving force for achieving your goals?

My faith. I believe that the world can really become a wonderful place for living and co-existing.

A place where every individual will get inspired by its own greatness and will contribute to society by sharing peace and love.

Your website says that you base your work on Jack Canfield’s methods. Can you explain this briefly?

Katerina Angelovska

Jack Canfield is my mentor and a leading expert in creating top-notch strategies for entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, sales professionals, employees in large corporations, and educators.

His job, the message he shares, the energy, and the peculiar coaching style, have helped him in the last 30 years to assist hundreds of thousands of individuals in achieving their dreams.

His proven formula for success reached global recognition, especially thanks to his latest bestseller “The Success Principles: How to Get From Where You Are to Where You Want to Be”.

The concept for personal development consists of 64 principles for success, used by professionals in all commercial segments.

My work is based on Jack Canfield’s program and his success methods. It’s mainly focused on professional and sustainable development. It contains various techniques and tools for professional and personal growth, and psychological theories are a part of everyday practice.

The program was developed and modified to allow working with individuals, groups, and entire organizations.

Do you want to target the global market, or do you plan on staying focused on the Macedonian audience only?

We are currently living in the digital era.

This gives us exclusive opportunities to reach thousands and thousands of people all around the world.

The internet is a remarkably powerful tool that provides us with the freedom to express ourselves and share our message the way we want it.

Currently, my focus is in Macedonia, but I can see myself and the work I do on a global scale. After all, my purpose is to reach out to as many people as possible.

Where do you see yourself five/ten years from now? More importantly, do you think that coaching will grow as a profession?

In five or 10 years, I can see myself as a sentient being, filled with love happiness, and in the company of many other conscious individuals surrounding me.

Finally, is there any advice you would like to give young entrepreneurs?

Katerina Angelovska

Your creative energy is limitless, as long as you believe in yourself and in all the potential you carry within you.

Have faith in the love that lies in every one of us, listen carefully to your inner voice, discover your own passion, and start creating!
